Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping – Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your mid-century modern furniture as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward return policy makes it easy.
Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their custom nature or hygiene considerations, the following items cannot be returned:
- Assembled Bed Frames and Beds
- Custom or special order furniture pieces
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
Step 1: Contact Customer Care
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Product name and quantity
- Reason for return/exchange
- For exchanges: desired replacement product
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Shipping instructions
- Special packaging requirements if applicable
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Repackage item(s) securely in original packaging
- Include all original tags and accessories
- Affix the return shipping label we provide (for exchanges)
- Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to original payment method
- Exchanges: Replacement shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving return
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to reflect on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost of your replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your furniture arrives damaged or defective:

- We’ll arrange for a replacement or repair at no cost to you
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item
