If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, our straightforward returns policy makes it easy to request a return or exchange.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Item must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature or hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Bed Frames and Beds that have been assembled
- Custom or special order furniture pieces
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Care
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information (you may use the template below):
Step 2: Wait for Approval & Instructions
Our customer care team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- Any special packaging requirements
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Repackage the item(s) securely in the original packaging
- Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation
- Affix the return shipping label we provide (for exchanges)
- For returns, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):
- For refunds: We will process your refund within 5 business days
- For exchanges: We will ship your replacement item within 1-2 business days after receiving your return
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to reflect on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your furniture arrives damaged or defective:

- We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no cost to you
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item
